Describe what needs movingWhy the limits are written down. DPPera is one person. If there are no slots, I will say so at once and give the nearest realistic date. I will not take a job I cannot finish in time.
Before you pay. A good share of you do not need an implementation.
I would rather write it here than take money for an hour of work you can do yourself in fifteen minutes.
You have a few products and the data at hand
If the data is in a spec sheet or in an email from your supplier, the first passport will take you about ten minutes. The builder needs no account and no card, and you download the print file right away.
You have a catalogue, variants and data in five places
With twenty-five products and variants, the biggest job is not typing but deciding what is a separate product and what is a variant. Then it is worth having someone who has done it before.
You have a regulatory deadline
You sign today. You pay from the day the obligation starts to apply to you.
I implement the passports this month, and billing starts only on the day the regulation covers your category. For batteries that is 18 February 2027, the only certain date in the whole calendar. For other categories the dates are forecasts and we mark them as such.

Limits of the service. What I will not do, even if you pay.
Three of these four are not a matter of my capacity. Nobody can do them today, and you had better know that before the transfer.
What the price includes
- Re-entering and cleaning the data from your file
- Validation: catching empty, contradictory and suspicious fields
- Setting the industry profile and identification level
- Publication under a permanent GS1 Digital Link address
- Full set of print files and hand-over of the panel
What I will not do
- I will not take responsibility for the passport content.
- I will not register the passport in the EU registry, because the registry does not accept passports yet.
- I do not act as a DPP service provider in the legal sense, because the act on providers does not exist yet.
- I will not replace an audit or legal advice.
Who does it. The implementation is done by the same person who writes these texts.

There is no implementation team and no support department. The file you send is opened by me, and I am the one who replies. If there is something in the data I do not understand, I will say so plainly instead of guessing.
