Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Łukasz Głuch, operating the DPPera project at dppera.com. Contact: contact@dppera.com.

What we process and why

• Newsletter (DPPera Brief): your email address and language preference, processed on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via a double opt-in signup. We use it solely to send you the newsletter. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Email correspondence: if you write to us, we process your address and message content to reply (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest).
• Technical logs: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the site securely (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Anti-abuse checks store only a one-way hash of your IP, kept separate from your email.

• Cloudflare, Inc. - hosting, DNS and email routing
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) - email delivery; subscriber data stored in the EU region

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or until the newsletter is discontinued. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: Prezes UODO). To exercise any right, write to contact@dppera.com.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to collect anonymous traffic statistics. Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner - if you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded and no data is sent to Google. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will show the banner again. We do not use marketing cookies.
