What we process and why
DPPera Brief newsletter and the guide
Email address and language, on the basis of consent (double opt-in). Purpose: sending the guide and the monthly monitor.
Correspondence and the request form
Name, company, email and the message. Purpose: answering your question or a quote. Basis: steps at your request prior to a contract.
Account and passports in the tool
Login email, responsible company details and the content of the passports you publish. Purpose: providing the service. Basis: contract.
Technical logs
IP address and request headers in Cloudflare logs, for a short time, solely for security and diagnostics.
Processors
How long we keep the data
Newsletter data until you unsubscribe or the newsletter is discontinued. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days. Correspondence for as long as the reply and any claims require. Account data for the term of the contract, and published passports for the retention period set out in the terms. Technical logs up to 30 days.

Analytics only with consent
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic statistics. Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept". If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded at all. We do not use marketing cookies.
