Textiles and apparel · ESPR

A product passport for clothing. Start before the deadline arrives.

The delegated act for textiles is expected in 2027, with obligations around 2028-2029. You can give customers a passport with a QR code today: composition, origin, care and repair under one address.

Two passports free, no card. When the act arrives you fill in the fields, and the address and QR code stay.

See where you are. Two dates behind you, two ahead.

Some dates circulating online are not your deadlines. What counts is the delegated act for textiles and the transition period after it.

You start in four steps. The label stays the same.

You add the QR code to the existing label or sew-in tag. The passport is a page under a permanent address, so you change the data without reprinting.

01

You enter the product

Name, photo, composition with a fibre-share chart, country of manufacture and care instructions.

02

You pick the level

Model, batch or item. For a seasonal collection, model or batch is usually enough.

03

You add documents

Material certificates, repair instructions, supplier declarations. Each file with an access level.

04

You publish

A permanent address and a QR code for the label in SVG, EPS and PNG. Every change saves a new passport version.

Textile dates are indicative
